This one day-course teaches the procedures for operation of a VHF marine radio hand-held or fixed set, including GMDSS - emergency procedure.
Candidates are required to learn the phonetic alphabet prior to attending the course - a copy of this will be provided when you book.
There is a license fee of £25 payable directly to the RYA on the day and all candidates are required to supply a passport sized photograph.
